WELCOME TO THE 1^ST ROBERTSBRIDGE SCOUT GROUP

Our Scout Group was founded in 1909 and apart from a short break in the Second World War, has continued to the current day.  Our badge is a modified version of the original 13^th Century Seal of Robertsbridge Abbey.  The group takes in members from the village of Robertsbridge and the surrounding areas.  Our present HQ is owned by us, having been donated by Dr Dingley, a former GSL in 1954.

We have three sections plus a sub section of the explorer scouts, all of whom meet in the HQ.  Our Group Scout Leader is Sheila Rogers who can be contacted on  01580 880312.

Beaver Scouts meet on Wednesdays from 17.00 to 18.15. Our leader is Claire Wilgoose. 

 Our Cub Scout Pack meets on Mondays from 18.30 to 20.00.  Cub Scout Leader is Stuart England.  We are running at full capacity at the moment and looking forward to our camp in June.                          

Scouts meet on Tuesdays from 1900 - 2100.

Explorer Unit.

We also have an Explorer Unit in the village who usually meet on Wednesdays, depending on their programme.
